Hey all, I haven't written one of these for a while (since February I think), so I thought it was about time that I did.
Anyway, school's over which is good. I had some trouble with my subjects for next year but that was mostly due to the dean not reading my form correctly.
Holidays; Have tried to work but the crappiness of the weather has meant that I can't do as much as I wanted to. =/ Meh whatever. Also, thankfully the weather has held out just enough for me to finish my circuit solo hours flying. So, weather willing it shouldn't be too long before I get my license.
As some of you may know, I joined the Air Force Cadets earlier this year, and have really been enjoying it. Even though it has been a little awkward on the squadron level, such as have a CO who isn't an officer, it has been great. Anyway last night we had our final parade which included a march past the parents and guests, a precision drill, and an 11x11 race. Awards were also given out. Two of my friends got awards like I thought they would, but something I didn't expect: I also got an award, for best recruit cadet, which I was very pleased about.
Anyway, hope everything is well with everyone, and merry Christmas for the 25th.
